►Instructions for High School Coaches:
(1) If you plan to attend this meet, you must have a
Team Roster listed on trackroster.com
If you have a 9TH Grader that could possibly compete
with your Varsity, go ahead and add that 9TH Grader
to your High School roster.
(2) You must email us at least two (2) days prior to
competition that you plan to attend. Include the
following two things in the body of your email -
(A) School Name(s), and
(B) Which division(s) you are entering.

TIME: Coaches Meeting - 8:45 am

Divisions:
4 Divisions - - - Jr. High Boys, Jr. High Girls
High School Boys, High School Girls
Class 4A and below as established by OSSAA for track.
Entries:
Each school is limited to three (3) entrants in each event
and one (1) relay team per school.
Entry Fee:
$75.00 each Jr. High team
$75.00 each High School team
$10.00 per individual
Make checks payable to Sulphur High School.
● Running events will be timed finals. (FAT)
● Field events: Four (4) throws in the shot and discus,
and four (4) jumps in the long jump.
● Scoring: Individual ►10-8-6-4-2-1
Relays ►20-16-12-8-4-2
● Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 5 places
in all events, including relays.
● Track: Omni-Track rubber surface.
¼ inch spikes or less ONLY.
● Facilities: No dressing rooms; Bathrooms are available;
Concessions will be open.
