Followed by MORE VAULTING!
t Friday session includes instruction for all levels and ages of Vaulters.
t Drills to help you learn the technical aspects of the Pole Vault
t Learn proper hand spacing
t Learn how to carry and run with the pole
t Proper plant drills
t Drills to develop even rhythm in the approach run
t Drills to learn take off and drive swing
t Drills to help you turn and get over the bar
t Saturday morning, all Vaulters can vault in the AAU Track Meet.
(Must have current AAU Membership and enter the meet.)
We will film the competition and again have film session.
Then we sill go back to the pit for more vaulting.
t COST: $40 for both days of instruction (includes tee shirt).

Track meet entry fee - - - $10 (for up to 4 events)
